Beginning with raw agricultural terrain, our team executed extensive topographical contouring, drainage swales, and soil enrichment to support vast sodded recreation lawns. The site integrates mature native Deccan trees, exotic specimen palms sourced directly from our Punganur and Rajahmundry nurseries, and a custom natural-stone waterbody.
The estate is equipped with fully automated subsurface drip and pop-up sprinkler networks, ensuring flourishing greenery through South Indian summers with minimal water waste.
